My schedule is pretty tight, I used to take a lot of over time. Sometimes, it takes me even passed midnight to finish my task. My job is to roam all the sites of our project to check the status. One thing that I’m worrying about is my health. Some of my co-employees have these dark circles eyes mark, it’s like black stain around your eyes. Which I lately found out that this weird marks are very serious. Sooner or later these dark circles eyes mark will become permanent.
One factor that causes that marks to appear is lack of rest, it triggers the build up of liquids under the skin. Good thing that I’m taking right sleep to keep those marks away.
