His room

I went to one of my friend’s house, he invited me over to watch a movie. Well that was a movie that we’ve waited for a long time now and he was able to borrow a copy from his uncle. We’ve watched the movie in his room, I prefer to watch it from his bed with the nice mattress on it so I can be comfortable as I want to, and my friend from his couch. His room is full of nice things, you can get easily comfortable and relaxed. Actually his mother is the one who’s putting all those nice things inside his room.

Personal Loans and Business Loans

Lately I was told by my friend that he was planning to have a business. Actually we are having this topic of his like every time we are seeing each other. One time he told me that one that is putting his plan on halt is the budget. Basically you need enough budgets to run a business, whether if it is small or big. Low funds means not good, you need to have enough or even more than that if possible. Why do I said so is aside from the intended budget there are also some miscellaneous that must be considered.

I told him about my little idea about that, like telling to think about other source like borrowing from somebody. Well if he wants, try to ask someone who is interested with his business then ask for share. Or maybe he can try to ask for a Business Loan, actually many successful business establishment had also acquired such source. And you can pay them gradually like when I had my Personal Loan back then. I told him that he can start looking for source by asking some friends or maybe look at some Online Loan. Either way is good, it only depends on his plans and strategies.

At the construction site

When working on field or somewhere outside door like construction of buildings, the first thing to be considered is the safety. Construction men should wear work boots, work pants, work shirts hard cap and other safety gadgets for safety. I admire those construction companies which are really concerned about their employees. It can be seen while construction men are working. As we all know construction is a risky type of work aside from too much exertion of men’s power. I also admire those construction men for the hard work they offer for their family. Besides, beautiful houses, taller buildings, big establishments are not possible with out them.

One time on my way to the office, our service car pass on the other way. I’ve noticed that in that street there are buildings for construction. I noticed also that construction men wear different uniforms. Maybe they don’t belong in the same company. Another thing that I noticed is that the other group is wearing work pants which really fit to their situation. It is nice to see also that aside from nice work pants, they are also wearing nice work shirts. Maybe that’s why they can do their work very well. Knowing themselves that they are in safe, adds confidence to perform very well.

Beautiful cars

I am fascinated by cars since my childhood, and I look at them as if they are art rolling on every streets and highways. I guess most of us seem to be like that, others see them like they are creation of pure power and masculinity. Other look at them as their life extension, well basically fashion. Whatever our perspective of looking at them, there are always points where we have the same passion. Well, I am talking about gearing them up, loading them with different accessories and stuffs to make them look even better and beautiful.

I’ve watching shows about cars, gearing them up is a cool thing to do. There was this one show where they had to do some restoration to a car. After the restoration they load all the necessary things to make it even more elegant. Surprisingly, such wonderful results as if it first came out from the production line. It is a Toyota, well I am surprised with the outcome. Toyota is a good car, adding good Toyota accessories will make it look even more beautiful.

I have also friends that do some restoration stuffs, but only for their own personal cars. One of them told me that accessories really can add beauty and even add some extra security. He was talking about like the steering wheel, spoilers, snow grips, etc. Basically the performance will be enhanced, like a good steering wheel for a better grip, spoilers for better grip at the road if you’re car is moving fast, and so much more. Each and every accessory has its own use and purpose, of course a good combination of those will beautify your car. Personally I believed him, I can see that to his car. Well, he got this eighties car been restored, looks like he put all his ideas on that.

He is asking me about his business

I have a friend who is always dreaming of having a business. Often times we are having a slight talk about that, like when times we are having our lunch. I told him that it is not that easy establishing a business, only the time that you already have your business plan that it will become easy. Whether you are thinking of a small or a big business, the same rule applies because it is still business. He told me that he thought of that already and that is why we are having those conversations if I can add extra ideas to his plan.

I know a little bit of an idea about that and one important factor that determines a business is its budget. Without it, then there is no budget and I am sure that everybody knows it. He told me that he have a little problem, he have not enough budget to run it. I told him that he can do some alternatives like asking someone to have a share of the business. On that way, an extra budget will be acquired. Or maybe get a Business Loan which is also good, you won’t have to ask someone for the budget. Getting Small Business Loans or other types of Business Loans are good as long as you are doing the right thing. Right thing means following a good business plan, a good business plan have good chances of success.

Good foods

Last time I and my other office mates had a lunch at a local restaurant. We ate a lot there every other week, I guess. Anyway, the foods are very good and well prepared by the chefs. You will even think that this is a high class restaurant, but actually their prices are very affordable. Enjoying meals after the other is like water running to a stream, personally I like their foods.

The first time I’ve been here is when I met the owner. Well he is the typical old guy that you see, but he is younger than his age. I met him when I was drinking a cup of coffee, there’s no one around but the two of us and then we had this little conversation. He told me to try eating on his restaurant, which was a free taste because he wants me to taste how good is their foods, well I like them. The succeeding times that I’ve been there is when I started taking my relatives and friends. They were surprised with the foods, and I thought that they would say that. Then the owner became my friend and he often gives me a treat when there is something good happening to him.

I learn a lot from him, including those good foods of him. He showed me some of their best selling foods recipes. Just like the other high class restaurant, they also have these meal plans for the time of the day. Like for example the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Recipes. He told me that there are certain reasons why he did that plan. Basically not all foods can be taken at the same time. You also need to plan what you are going to eat at that time. Also customers will come back to you if you have varieties of choices. He told me that I am the only one he told about that one.

One morning

I’m on my way to the office last time when I saw this group of people getting an outdoor work out. Actually they’ve got a good body tone, they are all slimmed. I remember seeing them doing their workout on their gym and some of them are not slim at that time. Well it was only three weeks and they already got those awesome results. Maybe they are doing it effectively and doing some regular intake of good weight loss supplement like Lipofuze. They also got some other exercise like the ones that Chinese do, well that was the other group. Anyway, I was busy watching them while eating my “supposed to be” breakfast and never thinking that I am almost late for my job. Good thing I made it on time at the office, although I am few seconds away from being late.

Our old neighbor

I and my wife went to the opening ceremony of our daughter’s school sports activity last time. It is to announce the opening day of their yearly sports fest. There we saw our old neighbor where we used to live back then. She said that her son is also at that school, they transferred him recently. Anyway, we noticed that our neighbor looked younger than before, she used to have lots of wrinkles on her eyes which made her look old back then. At home my wife and I were still discussing about that. My wife told me that she thinks our neighbor did take some good skin therapy and taking eye creams that work. Anyway, it is a good thing we saw her and knew that her son and our daughter are on the same school.

My cousin

My cousin went to our house last time to pay me a visit. He recently graduated from his college course, and he wants to thank me for all the help that I made for him. Now he’s already through with his college life, I told him to take a nice long vacation at some great place and have some acne treatments that work. Well he is a hard working student, he usually sleeps late at night to study all his subjects so that is why he have lots of acne spots on his face. He then told me to go along with him on that vacation. Well on my busy schedule, I don’t think I can take a long vacation.
